NEW LINE-UP!

Since Christian "Crippa" Odin joined the band at the beginning of August we're back into action. Last gig (and premiere) was onSeptember 14th infront of a full audience where we presented a set containing 50% new material which was highly appriciated. We were also pleased to have been able to play on the same bill as our old heroes DM3/The Stems! Next work is a video of "Japanese Boy" for the Asian, Brazilian and Australian market. It will be recorded this weekend (September 21 in Stockholm.
Psychotic Youth have started the work on the upcoming album (March 1997) on MNW-Zone label. Up to date we have 10-15 tracks that are ready for the studio, and we're gonna make 10-15 tracks more to choose by.
The line up is:
Jorgen Westman - Vox/guitar
Ulf Abrahamsson - Guitar/Vox
Cristian "Crippa" Odin - Bass/Vox
Dennis Staaf - Drums/Vox
NEW RECORD DEAL!
As I said above - the latest news are that we got a new deal with MNW-label. And along with that we got deals with Asia, Australia and Brazil a.s.o. The first release was the 10th Anniversary-CD SMALL WONDERS 1985-1995 and a video to "Japanese Boy" is on the way, followed by a brand new album in March 1997.
AS I said earlier - the new boys in the band (Dennis and Crippa) bhas lended perfectly and we sound better than we ever have. Our old bassplayer, Johannes sends his best from L.A. to you all.
Latest record is a compilation called "SHOWBIZZ" in Brazil where we have contributed two songs ("MTV" and "Japanese Boy") to the free CD that follows the magazine which is printed and sold in 80,000 copies.
No further gigs are planned yet. In the meantime you can see an almost complete collection of our record covers and tracks listing for each record at this page.
